10 Engine is an amalgam of musicians from varied backgrounds and influences who have come together to help the world experience music. The band was formed slowly from members from several other groups and has finally settled into the 4-piece crew that is currently working together. In their very short time together, 10 Engine has played numerous concerts in the NY area and is currently hard at work finishing their 7 song, self-produced E.P. The group's music reflects a mixture of all of their influences including Rock & Roll, Jazz/Funk, Rhythm & Blues and Alternative, with lots of SOUL added in!!! Lead singer, (A. Marquez), is a native of Puerto Rico with roots in Latin Jazz and Bomba Y Plena, the folklorical music his island. Playing the bass is L. Delgado. He is a native of Costa Rica, raised in his country and in the states. The lead guitarist, D. Timmons, originally from South Dakota, was raised in New Jersey and now resides in Brooklyn. Drummer F. Pace, (YES that IS his real name!) was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. 10 Engine plan to own and rule the free world one day... much like George Bush does now.... ;~}!!
