1975, our Gr. 11 English teacher have everyone in the class give their interpretation of what they thought the lyrics meant. Very interesting outcome and can't help but think of it any time I hear this song. :)!

just saw them last night in San Antonio, Texas. It was everything I ever imagined! They were awesome, all of there music, every song, is pretty much the soundtrack of my life. I've been listening to the Histore album, pretty much nonstop my whole life.I love this group, I love these guys, I hope I get to see them every year or month or whatever, for the rest of my life.

My first America concert was way back on August 12, 1981 at the Northstage Theater/Supperclub in Glen Cove, NY. Tom Chapin (Harry's brother) was the opening act. I know that I was shrieking so much that night, I had no voice at all for about 3 days after. I've gone on to see America almost 40 times since then, but NEVER as a trio. SO for those of you that got to experience them with Dan Peek, I am VERY jealous!

My first ever concert was America with Poco way back when at the Arie Crown Theatre in McCormick Place in Chicago. Tickets were comp tickets from my cousin who was their manager at the time.
