  We loved the concert at Shea! I thought the bleachers would fall during "we didnt start the fire"! Great Energy! he was amazing-how great when you dont even have to sing because everyone knows the words. Little boy from hicksville , long island in shea and 50,000 fans. Glad i could be a part of it all!

  Ur absolutely crazy roger, His music is timeless. I wasnt even alive in 1978 but i can tell u that his music touches the lives of my generation, as well as the people in yours. His lyrics are so beautiful and woven beautifully together. His song i am going to indelibly wove into my heart. His songs do anything but drag on.

  Jesus. is he still alive? Billy Joel was great in 1978 but his music hasn't aged well at all. Listen to any of them now and they just drag no matter what the meter.
