Autumn Headline Tour Announced and New Single!

The UK tour is now on sale through Recordstore. You can get your hands on a very special bundle offer - a ticket for the tour and all 3 formats of the new single 'In One Ear'. The offer will only be available for a limited time so be quick!

In One Ear will be released on October 6th. The track was initially released as a limited edition piece of vinyl earlier in the year, but is making a come back to due huge demand. The band have recently shot the new video to accompany it.

The bundle includes a tour date ticket of your choice, a CD and two 7"s. One of these exclusive 7"s features a B-side of Cage's cover of the Iggy Pop classic 'I Wanna Be Your Dog' and the other one is the Wicked Devil's Remix of 'Ain't No Rest for the Wicked'.

More Summer Shows Sadly Cancelled - Anouncement

Following a recent accident back home in Kentucky Matt Schultz from Cage The Elephant has badly exacerbated a knee injury he originally sustained on the band's recent UK tour. After seeing a specialist he has been ordered to completely rest his knee to let it recover.

The band have therefore been forced to cancel a number of festival appearances and will now return to the UK in time for their appearances at the Reading and Leeds Festival in August and at Bestival in September .

A new single "In One Ear" will be released on 22nd September.

Cage The Elephant Forced to Cancel July Shows

Cage The Elephant have sadly had to cancel their shows this weekend and will be rescheduling the Glasgow King Tuts show to a later date. Unfortunately Matt the singer has had an accident in the US and was not able to fly over to the UK.

There will be an update with further news as soon as possible. Apologies to everyone who bought a ticket to see the band this weekend and the rest of July.

Matt has said "We are absolutely gutted that we can't be there this weekend and can't wait to get over to the UK as soon as we can".
