Destrophy is a well-established 4 piece pop/rock/metal machine based out of central Iowa,USA The band was officially launched in 2002 by producer and singer/songwriter Ari. The story goes that Ari scoured the state and recruited only the most talented, success-minded, musicians to help him bring his brain child to fruition. The result is an impressive line-up including Ari, guitar and vocals, Phil T. bass, Joe Fox on drums, and Bruce Swink, former member of Roadrunner Records, Stone Sour and DownTheSun, on guitar. The band is currently playing select shows throughout the Midwest in support of their new CD, “The Way of Your World.” The CD sold out of its first pressing in just 8 weeks with ecstatic praise from fans and industry insiders alike. In addition to the new CDs world class audio production and impeccable musicianship, it’s undoubtedly the memorable song writing and pop/rock vocal sensibilities that continue to build and sustain the buzz surrounding Destrophy.
