  one of those groups where only the most eclectic of listeners know about them while they're still making music, and then they'll probly get a lot more popular like 10 years after they've released their last album.

  Very well known in Detroit... but Detroit is quite different from the rest of the United States. Outstanding sound. There are many artists that are more closely related in sound than Moby, Norah Jones, Fatboy Slim, Sarah McLauchlan and Frank Sinatra. iLike is far far off base with that.

  Eclectic mix of genres such as jazz, electro, Afro drums, ambience with a hint of Turkish and Arabic influences. People call it downtempo and acid jazz but the variety of their music cannot be accurately catagorized. Produced great tracks like Stiff Jazz, Slidin, Basmati, Spacewater, 2 Minutes, with countless of successful remixes from artists with the same poetic quaintness. This is still rather unknown in the U.S. but someday it will be known worldwide for its impeccable musical quality (bo... More...
