  Hi Eric, I am organising a charity concert on November 1st at Alan Higgs centre in Coventry in aid of lymphoma. Would you be able to donate anything signed by you for us to use in an auction to raise more money for this good cause. 1 person is diagnosed every hour of every day, scary stuff..As the worlds greatest guitarist, to have something signed by you would be an honour.   I don't usually write on walls like this but after listening to his music and watching him evolve into the musician he is today, I almost feel as if I know him! You need to listen to the duet he did with Duane Allman to really hear him shine! I've heard and studied many guitarist but listening to Mean Old World, or at least Eric and Duane's version tells you that even on a raw recording, that those two were made to play together! Eric on his own was just getting started when Duane passed on. ... More... Eric on his own was just getting started when Duane passed on. He is not only an icon in music, but he is also to be commended for his work with helping people with drug and alcohol abuse! He's a class act all the way! If you want to more about the man, read his book! I really wasn't expecting it to be as good as it is!

  Hi Eric. Just wanted to let u know have loved your music for years. I felt compelled to write today, as your music is helping me cope with a very painful split from the man that I love (another fan). Change The World is incredible, Tears In Heaven brings a tear to my eye, and My Fathers Eyes makes me sing it out loud. Love you and your work, please carry on for all your fans, bringing only the intense pleasure you can to all of us. Thank you for sharing it all with us.

  Eric is one of the most talented guitarists ever..There are so many good songs: Layla, Wonderful Tonight, Four Letter Man, The Badge, Bell Bottom Blues, etc. Simply a good musician.
