    "Be OK" video debuts at Stand Up 2 Cancer website

    Directed by Pam Thomas, "Be OK" makes it debut at MySpace Impact for social and civic engagement to also drive awareness for Stand Up To Cancer (SU2C), a groundbreaking initiative aimed at raising funds to accelerate cancer research and end cancer's reign as a leading cause of death.


    Centered around the title track, Ingrid's benefit project "Be OK" - composed of previously unreleased songs, covers, and live recordings that have become favorites in her set list over the past year will be released October 14 on her own Cabin 24 Records. A portion of the proceeds from the project will be donated to SU2C. The single is available now at iTunes and Amazon.com.


    Ingrid will be answering the phone and taking donations during this Friday's SU2C telethon at 8pm ET/PT on ABC, CBS and NBC.

    Ingrid announces Be OK U.S. Tour

    Ingrid is launching her North American tour in support of her new CD and single "Be OK," starting in her hometown Staten Island, NY on October 29th and wrapping up in Alexandria, VA on November 25th. She'll be playing with a full band including Allie Moss, Bess Rogers, Chris Kuffner and Elliot Jacobson. Tickets will start to be available this Friday through Sunday. Check Ingrid's site for ticket links. We are not officially announcing to the general public until next week, so get your tickets now! Newton Faulkner and David Ford support.
