  Goodbye Blinky Bill always brings tears to my eyes and I believe it always will. Artists who can hit a raw nerve like that are very valuable in this world because they make people think and take action.

  My grandmother had gone to Australia quite a few times due to my aunt moving over there. So she brought back some of John's cds. Then my grandpa had a stroke and ended up in a hospice facility where my grandma would bring him a cd player and she would sing some of these songs to him. Then my grandma found out she had cancer in the middle of that and was living with us, so I heard those discs A LOT. My grandpa is dead now (since Nov. 2006) and my grandma is dead too (since July 2007) and when ... More... My grandmother had gone to Australia quite a few times due to my aunt moving over there.   I just him he has gotten me though some of the hardest times in my life this year with his music he is a TRUE BLUE and he knows how to really word and use his natural talent

  I love him and his songs so much that I actually use "true blue" as my nickname. Linda Moores, the same thing is happening to me.

  Mr Williamson what a bloke. Seen ya live and you brought tears to my eyes. You are the best - why? because you sing about our great country and bloody proud of it. Good on ya mate.
