More...It is time for the annual Keith Urban Birthday Drive for St. Jude, thanks to the help of Monkeyville Members, Jen and Sandy, and the entire Monkeyville Community! This year we will be celebrating Keith's 41st Birthday. This is an official St Jude fundraiser and all monies donated will be collected directly by St Jude. Last year's fundraiser honoring Keith's 40th birthday raised $20,000! Over the past several years this project has generated a generous Birthday gift benefiting St. Jude from YOU, the fans of Keith Urban.
BEGINNING OCTOBER 6, 2008.
PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS COMPLETELY TO ENSURE THAT YOUR DONATION IS PROCESSED CORRECTLY.
The process has TWO steps, be sure to complete BOTH steps:
STEP ONE:
You can either make a donation online or by mail.

- Complete the donation information and submit.
- PRINT and/or WRITE DOWN your online donation confirmation number.

provided to Keith (Be sure the name your provide in the email can be

THE DEADLINE FOR THIS PROJECT IS OCTOBER 31, 2008.
BONUS: In honor of Keith's 41st birthday anyone that makes at least a $25 donation will receive a "Thank You Card", donated by us, from Keith and St. Jude.
The "Thank You Card" (for donations of $25 or more) will be mailed to you from St Jude. DO NOT PANIC... St Jude has a two step mailing process: Step One is to mail you their official donation thank you receipt. Step Two is to mail those who qualify their "special" Thank You Card donated by us and these cards might not come for up to two-three weeks after Step One. Please be patient in regards to the "special" Thank You Cards... you will get one!
At the conclusion of this project St. Jude will provide a summary of the fundraiser that will be posted on Keith's message board for everyone to review. This is a gift that you can be proud of, and know that you'll be making a difference in a child's life, through St. Jude and also in honor of Keith's birthday.
