Kristi's music is a blend of melancholy folk melodies and raw feminist emotion. Her main influences are female folk and rock artists, such as Jewel and Ani DiFranco. She grew up listening to Hanson, learning to sing a capella and harmonize. Kristi has been writing and recording music since she was 15. She has written more than 100 songs and has 3 self-produced CDs: Laugh Out Loud, Night Tanning, and Four Floors Up. She is currently a student at Virginia Tech studying Psychology.
