"Cartography" is a multi-media collaborative performance of
music/video/stories about mapping and traveling in the 21st century. The
Brooklyn experimental ensemble Rahu-Ketu provides the music; and Kutztown University
artist/professor James Weiss will project the video and tell original
stories about time-travelers, missionaries, and a guy building an ark in
Ohio. The mood is at once hopeful and melancholy, and the confluence of
image/music/text offers an evening unlike anything else.
