  The latest Soil album, "True Self", for me, was a huge disappointment, the only reason being, the fact that Ryan McComb had left the band, and for a while, the industry. I am huge fan of him and his sound, and wished that he never left Soil. However, we all get to listen to him front Drowning Pool now, but yeah, nothing against the new guy, whoever the hell it is, but he will never be Ryan. Like every other fan of Soil, pre-"True Self", you cannot deny the sound that Ryan brought to songs suc... More...   For those who give such terrible critisism, I think you should revaluate your statements. First of all. Ryan McCombs left SOiL. Second of all. Ryan McCombs may be kick ass but don't you judge AJ and the rest of the band. SOiL's vocalist AJ got a kick ass voice. The True Self album was great. If anything, it's as if the two first albums was a storm and this album is when the storm is about to calm down. True Self got too calm. But that must be because I've listened to this album since the summer of 2006. Take Jaded for example, the hottest part in Jaded must be from 15 seconds into the song and to 22 seconds. You got 7 seconds of hottness.....I need more of that shit! if you know what I mean =P Anyway, thank you SOiL for a great album. You got yourself a great vocalist and band all together. Keep it up and rock the fuck on! Love your shit, and love that voice AJ!
