Core 13 is a mixed-genre punk band from Portland, Oregon. Their music is a mix of punk ideals, reggae, ska, Latin, emo, and more. Their lyrics are heartfelt and their performance is unforgettable. The trio - consist of best friends, Marco polo age 25 (bass), Rooster age 21 (guitar), and Robbie age 18 (drums). Rooster is also the lead singer for the band as well as the songwriter and started the band in 2000 with Marco, later they added the one known as Robbie and became CORE 13. All three members take performing live and interacting with the fans to a whole new level. "We hope to make it less about entertainment up there. We want our fans to know they are our friends and break down that barrier between musicians and the people that go to their shows.
